Low-carbon grating "GX Grating." Significantly reduces CO2 emissions.
Low-carbon grating "GX Grating." This grating cover uses steel material "almost zero," which significantly reduces CO2 emissions during the manufacturing process.
Green steel refers to a general term for steel materials that have significantly reduced CO2 emissions during the manufacturing process. At Okagreat, we have adopted Tokyo Steel Manufacturing Co., a pioneer in domestic electric furnace manufacturers, green steel "Almost Zero." It is said that the CO2 emissions when producing one ton of steel using a blast furnace is about two tons, but "Almost Zero" uses an electric furnace primarily made from iron scrap and employs a manufacturing method that maximizes the use of renewable energy, reducing CO2 emissions to about 0.1 tons. Furthermore, this low-carbon manufacturing method maintains the same physical properties as conventional steel products without compromising on "strength" and "durability" through precise adjustments of the components. At Okagreat, we have developed "GX Grating," which achieves excellent strength through the latest fiber laser processing equipment and a unique structure for which we have obtained a manufacturing patent, using this "Almost Zero" steel. Additionally, our company has established a system for holding a large quantity of green steel, allowing us to leverage scale advantages in procurement for supply. 【GX Grating that balances environmental performance and quality】 - Quality of raw materials certified by the manufacturer's certificate - Industrial property rights obtained - Product strength confirmed through load testing and industrial testing facilities
